Springs eibach vs h&r 116 f21

Hello, I have a bmw series 1 116d of the year 2014 November, have M sports package, and I'm thinking about mounting springs to lower the height of the car, I have seen the EIBACH Pro kit and the H & R, but I do not decide yet, someone can put the differences? What is hard? Which rebate more height? both spring kits are black? I need police and itv inspections are black.
