Richard is the best. I live in VA and picked up my car in Jersey. Richard met me at my mothers home in Jersey, coded my vehicle and took his time explaining it every step of the way. He even left and remembered a particular code that he didn't offer me and returned a few hous later just to add it in. If you are on the fence of whether to code or not to code. Don't be. It is the best mod to do if you travel with passengers /children just for the DVD override to keep the kids quiet or the lady in your life occupied while you drive. (Women don't feel left out. If you are driving it will keep him occupied as well .). Lol. I love all the new tweaks, even though I didn't have my car but for a few hours. P.S keep him away from your mother. He is a charmer. I hope this review helps someone that is on the fence.
