Just waiting to get a haircut but figured I would post about my great experience yesterday. Went in to Orange County BMW (OC NY not Cali) and spoke to a lovely sales lady who told me I could order for a July build right now. We specced out my car, Sakhir Orange m3 fully loaded except no driver assistant safety bs and no CCB. At first on paper we came back with 77,000** (ill plug in the real numbers later this is an estimate as im waiting for a haircut right now) US MSRP and then ED of $75,000. I said that can't be right I know its more of a discount, she looked it over and had added full leather and executive package separately instead of the combined price, and sure enough $2,650 more came off the car. With $2,360 down I can drive the car off at $73,000** (exact numbers to follow again) which leases out to $1140 with all taxes rolled into the lease. MF was .0133 and residual just over 40k (will fix this later too).
And!! My crazy ass didn't do it. We tried to do Individual and its not available yet. Got the manager involved and everything. They are calling custom ordering on Monday for me, but I am sticking to my guns and getting a custom brown interior because I don't like the standard offerings. This WILL bump my msrp, but the important takeaways are that I'm in with no markups with a very friendly and courteous dealer who is allowing me to ED at MSRP.
Any questions let me know, I'll post more info on Individual and the actual dollar amounts if they find anything out. I'm waiting for it one way or another.
I put a deposit down because I'm away on biz this week and I want the order to place if they find anything else out Monday.
