Ok, I have the professional HU on an 07 335i. No navi and no drive.



So, I am trying to get a visual on this.



1) take out the head unit and put it in the back



2) run a technic harness from the head unit and plug it in where? to the car or the new head unit? One end is in the old head unit and the other end? How doe the new head unit hook up?



3) where do you get power for the old head unit?



4) I assume you can use the old power source for the amp when you hook up the new ms-8 logic 7 amp.



5) You can either hook up some speakers to the new head unit or get an additional amp and hook up some of them to the amp and run the amp out of the new head unit like the ms-8 or Could you run the additional amp out of the ms-8?



6) to hook up the ms-8 and an additional amp, you would need RCA cables?



7) I assume no speaker wires would be found in the opening created by removing the old head unit? All speaker wires would be running to the logic 7 amp?. If not, you would have to extend these wires found in the front of the car to the rear in order to hook them up to an additional amp?



8) you need the recommended adapters to get a review camera and steering controls enabled..
