I've got a set of rear seats in black leatherette for sale, non-folding. They came out of a 2013 320i with less than 10,000 kms. Mint condition. Has centre fold-down arm rest with built-in cup-holders. Comes with lower bench and upper seat back as well as brackets that bolt onto the rear shelf and hold the upper seat backs in place. Does not come with head rests.
$200.
Swapped it out for a set of folding seats so I no longer need this set.
Located in GTA.
If yours has any tears or stains, this is a great way to get a brand new looking set.
