2007 BMW 328i Wagon Build

samedi 29 mars 2014

My dad recently was in the market for a new car. He's owned 3 BMW's previously. 2005 Z4, 2008 328i, 2012 Z4

All cars were convertibles so it was challenging to talk my dad into listening to my idea of what I thought would be good for him....comfort and room with great/unique looks. We ended up going for a 2007 BMW 328it Wagon. Bought it with 70k on the clock.

We've done a lot of preventative maintenance along with trying to make this car more unique/custom. This is the progress so far!

Day we bought it with my friend Robert and his wagon. He influenced me a bit.

Brand new rotors and KW coil over set up.

BMW M3 Bumper Added

Paint Correction along with 22ple....and 18" ESM Wheels

12mm spacer added out back.

25% Carbon Tint

CF Overlays

My buddy Robert who has helped me immensely with this project. His 325 Wagon has over 300k on the clock.

The ring came off in transit and given my deadline I contacted the company I purchased the aftermarket lights from. They actually were pretty cool about the whole thing and one of their reps was on the phone with me the entire time I was completing the process. After about 45 minutes we were able to attach the ring in place, make sure it would not fall off again, and seal them back up. I was bit nervous as the lights were not cheap. Will post pics of them installed but I was happy I was able to do this myself and not have to risk the shipping and handling damage again. Damaged light before was because of shipping which pushed my deadline back:/

Took the roof rack rails off.

Detailed the engine bay with 303 Aerospace
