Spoiler oops!!

I put on my aftermarket spoiler on last night the second the 3m tape touch the cars surface it wouldn't budge. It's about a 1/4 off to the left.



How do I fix it, it won't budge?



Goo gone, pulling, how do I get rid of excess tape and reapply?
