Just wanted to say how impressed I am with Detailed Image. I ordered Klasse SG and CG APC last week. When I got the package one of the corners was wet. When I opened the box the inside was soaked with sealant. During shipping the box has been damaged and the corner of the Klasse bottle was dented in. I emailed Detailed Image to see what my options would be and they emailed me back in about an hour saying they will ship me a new bottle free of charge. If anyone needs detailing supplies I'd def hit them up.
