I live in São Paulo , Brazil.
I have seen this car for a few months in traffic.
I have finally taken some pics with my phone.
Seems like an X1 test mule. Not sure
I have run the plates on a mobile app, but it does not state the model.
Maybe its just testing local road and fuel conditions.
I do still find it strange that the X1 has already been launched in other countries and this one is still covered up (dashboard included)
