Need advice on wheel compatibility

I'm trying to sell my stock 19" rims to an individual with a 2010 335d



The specs of the stock 19's are:



Wheel Specs: (F) 19"x8.5", 29 offset (R) 19"x9.5", 23 offset and 5x120 bolt pattern.



BMW recommends a 40mm offset in the rear for the 335d.



Any way we can make this work?
