BMW surveys - do you bother?

Collecting new car soon. Happy with the deal and all that but very underwhelmed by the experience so far. I haven't even collected the car yet and have been sent an 'about your visit' survey.



What's the drill here? Do you guys bother with these? Do they matter to the dealer?



I want to build/keep a decent relationship with the dealer so am reluctant to slate them. However a few things I have asked for haven't been done- they say they can't allow me to send a detailer in prior to pick-up (insurance reasons- my arse). The car is preregistered and they won't reregister with Northern Ireland plates for me (say it can't be done although Audi did exactly this for a colleague). Won't allow me to collect the car on a Saturday either which now I think about it really pisses me off (I assume this is valuable sales time for them).



All in all not the experience I was expecting. I walked out of this dealership @ 6 years ago and was so pissed off with the pretentious salesman I walked across the road to Audi and let emotion put me I an overpriced A4!
