I'm hoping I can avoid having to pay a shop to do this job since after some searching people have said it's rather tedious. But curious if any of you have tackled it yourself? I have relatively high confidence I could do it, but trying to find out difficult steps, tip's and tricks, anything else that could help make the job easier and faster (if possible). It will be garage job so unfortunately I'll be on my back most of the time. Some have noted that dropping the entire subframe is the best route to go, but I highly doubt I'll have that option. With engine mounts unbolted on either side and trans mout, is there enough room to "push" the engine to the drivers side (with a floor jack) to give more space to work in (I would imagine so)?
