So my AUC warranty has expired... whenever I had any issues I would stroll into the dealership and they would sort it out. I never paid for any diagnostic work or anything. Whenever they needed to connect to the OBD or reset anything it did not cost me anything.
I am due to received my extended warranty info. by post and will read through it but a quick question is...
Do I have the same level of cover as before or I will be paying for things like diagnostics?
I went for the fully comprehensive cover... for £27.99 a month with a £250 excess.
I am assuming that the excess is only paid when a claim is made. So if a fault were found then I would pay.
What about if there were two separate faults? is that £250 x 2 or just the one off if I am covering 2-3 things under one claim?
