so I ordered three weeks ago a cf lip and a cf performance spoiler from here price was not that bad, but yet a bit high for a chinese company. So I noticed they took a while to ship my order so I send them an email. The guy told me that the PF spoiler was on B/o since the place who makes them went into holiday season. So I has to wait a week. A week passed by and no word so I decided that I didn't wanted the parts anymore since I'm in between selling the car or keeping since I'm in the process on joining our American armed forces. I shoot them an email and they said that the item had arrived and that they have already packaged and ready to send. I then told him to please cancel it that I wasn't interested anymore. He then continued that they had already paid the $22 of shipping fees so if I wanted to cancel they were going to deduct that from the refund. Then I got a bit angry and told him to refund the whole money or I'll be opening a case thru paypal. He then continued saying that they had already paid the shipping fees and if I wanted to go ahead and open a case that it will take longer to get my money. Then it just went thru my mind. Wait a minute he just said that he had already paid $22 of shipping fees when he charged me $135!!! So I told him I still wanted the items, but I also wanted a refund of $113 since he only paid $22 and I had to pay $135. He responds " I have talked to my manager and he said that we can still cancel the shipping services so we would be issuing you the whole refund you don't have to pay the $22" I just thought it was so comical. Anyways this play has some nice products, but not the best prices as I thought at first.
