320i: 14TI vs 14TL

Hey folks,



I was looking at a new 320i. I noticed that on some dealer sites, some vehicles have the model code 14TI and others have 14TL.



Looking at the Pricing Guide, I see that this means made in Germany vs made in South Africa.



Is there any rhyme or reason to which 320i's are made where? It is random?



Does it matter quality wise?
