Changing SE Leather seats for M-Sport seats

I've had a good search but failed to find a conclusive answers to my question.



I have a UK E92 with memory electric seats but not heated.



Will electric memory M-sport leather be a straight swap, or will I have to make cabling changes as the M-sport seats have electric lumber adjustment that the SE seats do not have?
