stock tune with aftermarket intercooler?

Just wondering if I could remove my cobb accessport from 335 N54 and have it run same as factory with a mishimoto intercooler installed?



Im guessing computer is smart enough to figure out the what to do with the cooler intake temps, and the extra volume shouldnt effect it?
