It is amazing to me when I sit back and think of the actual number... Almost half a Century! BUT, the awesome thing is, I don't look or more importantly feel like it! Very 'young at heart'. I try and laugh as often as possible and something my beloved 101yr old Grandmother (still living!) always says, "Don't Stress". But eating healthy, working out and getting @ 8hrs of sleep daily are also vital to looking and feeling great. ;)
