Need help with subwoofer install!!

Hey I have a 2006 325i with Hifi sound system looking to install 2 10" kicker comp subs and an amp , ive done my research on the forums for technics wIting harness but I don't fully understand the concept of "LOC" and "mono" so I'm look for someone in SoCal to guide me in buying the right gear .
