07 335i M Sport, missing badges?

Looking at a car for sale on here and it's an 07 E92 335i M sport, has the M sport bodykit but does not have any other indications of it being an M sport (steering wheel, wheels, shifter, tach, etc) so did they not come with the M sport badges in 07? Or is there a chance this is a regular 335i with just an M sport bodykit?
